RETURN OF PRODUCTS

In accordance with the Consumer Code, you can return any product ordered on our website within fourteen (14) calendar days from receipt of the order, by you or by a third party designated by you, the date appearing on the authentic carrier’s receipt.

The item must be unused, in the same condition you received it and carefully packaged.

Returns are made via La Poste . You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are not refundable.

Items on sale, on promotions, or subject to clearance cannot be returned. Nor the jewelry and tights.

Pre-orders cannot be canceled.

We do not cover the loss/theft of a package. No refunds will be made.
